- Now prepare small sized balls and deep fry in hot oil on medium flame.Fry balls untill the balls turn golden brown.
- Now take a large pan and heat 2 tbsp oil and saute grated 1 piece of ginger and 2 chopped chilli.
- Add 1/2 chopped onion and stir fry on high flame.now add half sliced shimla mirch and fry it.
- Add 2 tbsp vinegar,2 tbsp soya sauce 1 tsp chilli sauce 2 tbsp tomato sauce,1/2 tsp pepper powder,and1/4 tsp salt.
- Stir fry and make sure all the sauces are well combined. Add 1 1/2 cup water and boil on medium flame.Take 2tsp cornflour and 1/4 cup water in a small bowl.
- Mix cornflour into the curry and mix it well. Continue to boil until the gravy thickens and turns glossy.
- Add prepared veg Manchurian balls and mix well. Now, Spicy veg Manchurian is ready. Serve it with fried rice.
It can also be served as a Side for Fried Rice. Manchurian can be Vegetarian like Vegetable, Gobi, Paneer, Baby corn. I buy Mushroom regularly, but I tend to make stir fry often.
