  5. Add whole dried milk/mawa and cardamom powder and mix well.
  6. Add raisins and crushed almonds and mix well.
  7. Pour the mixture in the bowl
  8. Garnish with almonds and silver vark

Green gram flour is common in my house. We prepare rotti, thali peeth, laddus and jhunka or pitla or Curry. I use it in making dosas. But I have never tries the halwa with this. So thought of giving it a try.
