- When the potatos are mostly cooked. Add the asparagus and cook for a further 5 minutes.
- When the asparagus is nearly tender add the cream, additional seasoning and chopped tarragon to taste.
- When all the vegetables are cooked. Turn off the heat.
- Serve.
Inspiration for good food can be found anywhere. Add tarragon, chicken broth and the cooked chicken. Pour sauce over the chicken and garnish with a little more tarragon or some chopped fresh parsley or green onion if desired. Melt the butter and heat the oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
