Now for gravy-In a vok add 1 tbsp oil add onions cook them for 5- 6 mins,add tomatoes sauce mix them well, add chillies.Now grind the mixture well.Now add 1 tbsp oil cumin seeds 1 bay leaf pinch of asafoetida, dry Kashmirii mirch,stir well.Now add onion tomato mixture cook for 10 mins on low flame.When oil seperates out add 1 tbsp of amul cream.Now add half cup of boiling water.Cook for 5 mins. Now put spinach cheese kofta and cook for another 5 mins.
  5. Garnish with coriander leaves and amul cream. Spinach cheese koftas are ready to serve!
