- On a heated pan,make parathas applying clarified butter both the sides
- Once both the sides are cooked and golden brown in colour.

If using frozen spinach, thaw completely and squeeze out excess water. Spinach should be dry before you begin cooking. Add cheese and reserved spinach and stir until cheese melts. Thin with more milk, if desired. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
