Now add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, dhania jeera powder, salt and garam masala and mix well. Now add tindora and potato slices which we immersed in water. Add kasuri meethi and required amount of water. Mix all well. Close the lid of the cooker and pressure cook for 5 to 6 whistles.
  4. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with roti and rice.
