- In a hot pan, add oil, garlic and chilli stir a minute, add onions and coriander stir fry until onions are translucent
- Now add spices, salt and pepper, mix well, add lamb and cook until brown and semi cooked, add vinegar peas and cover and cook for further 10 minutes on low flame, turn heat off, stir mint cover and let it rest for 10 minutes before serving.
