- In a pan add jaggery and water and boil it until the jaggery is completely dissolved and cook for 2 to 3 minutes and keep aside
- And in another pan add wheat flour and roast until it turns into nice brown colour…and add ghee on it and mix
- When it's come into nice brown colour. Add jaggery syrup and mix..continuously and add cold water as required the consistency..
- And mix..continuously and then add cardamom powder and mix and let him to boil for 2 to 3 minutes and keep aside
- Next in pan aad ghee and chopped dry fruits and fry for 1 minute and it turns into brown colour take it off and pour into HARIRA and give it a slowly mix
