- In a tava add green chillies and roast them for 1 minute and add oil and fry the chilies about 1 minute and take it off and keep aside.
- Take tamarind and add water…keep it for 5 to 8 minutes….
- In a blender jar add peanuts,chopped garlic, cumin seeds.
- Coriander leaves, mint leaves, and salt to taste.
- Now add fried green chilli, and enough water and blend it…until it comes into a fine paste.
- After it completely blended transfer in a serving bowl.
- Now add tamarind pulp on it and give it a good mix.
- Then add finally chopped onions and mix our peanuts chutney is ready…to serve…serve with kichdhi….πππ
