  16. Take Rice 2 glasses soaked
  17. Make ready 6 glasses Water
  18. Make ready 2 tsp Salt

Marinate chicken cubes with all ingredients mentioned above in marinade. leave it for half an hour. A simple gravy which goes well with rice. Though we call the gravy as chutney. As many will get confused,I just posted as gravy.

Instructions to make Shashlik gravy with Rice:
  1. Cut chicken boneless into cubes marinate with soya sauce, salt, black pepper, corn flour. Set aside for 10 mins.
  2. Heat oil in a wok fry ginger garlic paste for 2mins. Then add chicken and fry it till the chicken changed the colour.
  3. Let it cook in it's own water no need to add extra water. Let the meat become tender. Close the lid on low flame.
  4. Add spices and mixed it well, after that add onions and capsicum.
  5. Now add ketchup and sugar in it, mix well and cover it for 5mins then off the flame.
  6. Meanwhile in a wok pour water and salt let it boil then add soaked rice. Let it boil for 10 mins. Strain it.
  7. Now serve chicken shashlik with rice. Ready to eat. Enjoy.
