- Now add soaked channas with same water in the cooked paste & give it 2_3 whistles,then switch off the gas
- Let it be cool down then open the lid & on low flame cook till the whole water is absorbed
- Again put 1 glass of water in it & cover the lid & give it 1 whistle & low the flame,cook for 20 min
- Switch off the flame & let it cooldown then open the lid & check if the channas r properly cooked or not
- If u want u can add more water according to the need
- Garnish with coriander leaves
- Take a karahi,put 1 tbsp of oil in it & add cumin seeds& cook till it becomes brown,now add double the water means if we r making 1 glass of rice put 2 glass water in it
- Add 1 tbsp of salt in it,After one boil slowdown the flame & cover the karahi
- Cook for 20 min
- Rice with black chanais ready to serve
