- For rice flour roti: Take 1 cup flour and 1 cup water. Keep water for boiling. Add salt to taste and 1 tsp oil. Add this water to flour and make dough. Keep it covered for 10 mins. Then apply oil and mix the flour well. Then roll into rotis and cook on medium flame.
