  5. Roughly chop the nuts and dried fruit if they are large.
  6. Remove the mixture from the oven and add the other ingredients, and mix evenly.
  7. Let cool before enjoying. It is so nice with unsweetened fresh yoghurt and fruit.

It's a healthy breakfast, an easy snack, and a delicious dessert. Unfortunately, it can be expensive to buy, and it can take a long time to make. It's as good as oven-baked granola and ten times as fast. Spread the granola out evenly on the prepared baking sheet. Let the granola cool until it reaches room temperature.
