- Place on a baking tray. Place in the oven, at 170 degrees on the grill setting. Toast focaccia bread and filling until the mozzarella cheese has melted and the tomatoes have grilled.
- Remove from the oven. Transfer onto a plate. Place one half of the panini on top of the other. Serve and eat immediately while hot (cut sandwich in half to make it easier to eat, optional).
