  1. We will use pressure cooker to make this.
  2. Take 1 tbsp oil in pressure cooker. Add 1 tbsp butter in it. Add jeera, hing and pinch of salt. Add all vegetables and red chilli powder and turmeric.mix it. Add 1-2 cup water in it. And pressure cook it. Do not add salt at this stage.
  3. Now open lid. You will see veggies and water separate. Now mash it and add pav bhaji masala and salt and mix it. If its to thin gravy cook it for 10 mins. Else just cook it for 5 mins.
  4. Serve it with butter on top with butter pav and chopped onion and lemon on side.
